In this section, I analyze the structure, flow, and design intent behind iconic levels from games I admire. Through detailed breakdowns, I explore what makes them engaging, the emotions they evoke, and how I’d approach similar design challenges.
Alongside these analyses, I’ll also share insights from my own 7+ years of level design experience — shipping hundreds of levels at King and working on AAA titles at Activision. By combining professional practice with critical breakdowns, I highlight both the craft I’ve learned and the lessons I continue to take from games that inspire me.
